What we do: Offer information, advice and guidance on all aspects of volunteering to potential volunteers and recruiting groups and organisations. Recognise and reward volunteers for their time and effort. Our Volunteer Certificate Scheme rewards volunteers who complete 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 hours with a local group, with a certificate signed by the Mayor of Sefton and invites all volunteers to attend our annual Celebration Event at Bootle Town Hall. Offer volunteers the opportunity of a confidential, one to one interview to discuss their volunteering needs. We have an office in Waterloo and in Southport. Send a regular Volunteer E-newsletter detailing new volunteering opportunities, one-off activities, training offered, etc.
