Make a Difference Day 2009 - The Big Clean Up

In partnership with the Friends of Deansgate Lane Playing Fields, Sefton CVS are planning to undertake an Autumn clean to clear the build up of litter and debris in the hedgerows. This will take place on Saturday  31st October between 10.30am - 1pm. All are welcome to join in, appropriate equipment will be provided, but please dress appropriately.  Read more...

 

Formby Shopping Service Launch

A major new source of help for older Formby residents who are unable to shop for themselves has been officially unveiled in the town.

The Mayor of Sefton, Councillor Alf Doran and the Mayoress, Cllr Gill Cuthbertson were the VIP guests at the launch of the Formby Shopping Service at Waitrose’s Three Tuns Lane store. Read More...
